Just like its cousin Mémoire du Vin, this cherry wood nightstand was both imagined and designed by FiveCo. The mechanical workshop, leather workman, cabinetmaker, designer and engineering firm are all based in Switzerland.

Those five crafts’ specific knowledge can be found in this nightstand that integrates a hidden drawer in one of its legs. The hidden drawer is a cradle that is divided in three individually lit compartments.

The drawer can be opened through the use of a digital finger-print reader found in another leg of the nightstand. Its complex mechanics and electronics were precisely built into the table’s design so as to better hide its secrets.

This is a variation on the classical XIXth century hidden drawers. It is also the diving board for the new Art of Secret brand.
